[Update: CBS: Obama: I won’t release bin Laden death photos.
In other news, Pakistani president being blamed for not finding Bin laden in Pakistan.
And an Eye for an eye leaves the world blind.]

Have your heard?

Osama bin Laden, Al Qaeda leader & the US’s most feared terrorits has been killed, yesterday in combat and buried at sea?

Osama bin laden dies, in the most convenient time ever for the US administration,

1. breakout of revolutions in the middle east where the US is trying to play savior (again)

Osama Bin Laden - by Klaas Op de Beéck

2. new faces that are being molded into terrorists (Syrian President, Gaddafi, Najjad, Nasrallah etc..)
3. failure to come out of the economic crisis (US & most of the world)

with what’s going on the world as a whole, Bin Laden’s death makes no sense.
his burial at sea is even more ridiculous

When Saddam Hussein was captured, they  paraded him on TV in court for months, before they executed him, which is a video that was replayed for weeks and weeks & documented … but not a single picture of Bin Laden, dead, shot or being buried etc..

I would be all too happy to believe that we have one less powerful fear mongering idiot to worry about in this world, but they have to help me believe it! If Osama bin Laden was still alive till now.. this would be a perfect time to end the fairy tale…. & start a new one.

“Believing that BinLaden’s death is an end to large phase of terrorism, is like saying that secular democracy cures corruption”  [tweet]
and the tweet of the day on the topic: “@YDoha: Obama couldn’t fix the economy so he “killed” Bin Laden

I may be the skeptic, but i would believe if the slightest bit of believable evidence is provided, if you have it, please share!

Just my two cents on the topic,

“Mission accomplished”! And the USA (and its allies) lived happily ever after.
    (not really)

I believe that this is another hoax until the US presents proof to the public. Apparently Bin Laden was shot twice in the head after he refused to cooperate – can we even believe that they even had time to stop and talk him that rather than shoot him on sight after the amount of pressure there is to be rid of him?

    Dear Blogger,

Hi! This is an invitation from the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and Global Voices Online to participate in a survey we’re carrying out jointly. We’re asking questions about online safety for bloggers in the Middle East and North Africa, and we need your help!

We are particularly interested in learning about your experiences with social media, the steps you take to protect your privacy online, and your perceptions of online threats. We are sending surveys to approximately 600 influential bloggers throughout the region in the hopes of learning more about how bloggers view and approach the issue of online safety.

The survey will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. We will not share personal information — or the fact that you’ve participated in this survey — with anyone else, and you’ll be the first to know when we release the results of the survey. Will you help us?

    Survey link:

    With appreciation,
The Berkman Center & Global Voices Online
