United What?

February 21, 2011

Where do we need to protest to Condemn the UN of it’s incompetence for the past 60 years? Just point and we’ll be there!
Tunis, Egypt, Bahrain, Libya, Yemen, the toll bells are ringing and the screams of mourning are rising louder than thunder, but all the UN can do is “Condemn”, ask the un-wanted, un-wanted presidents/tyrants to “seize fire”, to “open dialogues”… are we watching the same revolutions? or do their news come with “G” rating (safe for children, no violence, no nudity, no foul language, no aggression) ??

Freedom, Highly contagious. Handle with Care

The Middle East does need the UN, in reality the Arabian Middle East has never benefited from them in any form. The only relevance the UN has to the arab world, is a Veto card that the American Presidents squander to every time Israel gets itself into another Massacre, breaks international laws, breaks another peace-treaty, breaks another protocol, gets condemned by the Human-Rights watch, international community, boycotted by a humane country or cause, do i need to go on?
Otherwise the mighty UN has failed miserably to protecting Palestinians for more than 60 years, in protecting Lebanon, Iraq, etc… over and over and over and over again.
In reality, the UN has not only failed to protect these people, but has also protected these Tyrants the arab world is revolting against. These human rights violations that have finally reached media, have been practiced in the Middle East for decades, but it was always censored out, hushed and pushed under the rug.

So, Tell me, where do we need to go to end this charade of a pretentious “United” Nation?
“A Stronger UN for a better world” ?
